Project and Project Engineering Management
- Management of multi-discipline teams and coordination of their work to support the project in adherence to budget, schedule and scope
- Managing a cohesive product containing synchronized information from entire team
- Coordination of work flow amongst all pertinent groups
- Liaison between technical and other team disciplines, the client and all other stake-holders
- Client interface – status reporting, managing technical solutions, agreeing on scope vs. scope creep, change management
- Facilitation of problem resolution for technical issues amongst disciplines
