Our Quality Management System

Our Leadership Team has defined our Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System Requirements. Our QMS is aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by consistently providing conforming services as well as complying with applicable regulatory requirements. The application of this management system is based on the philosophy of continual improvement
We have determined the boundaries and applicability of our management system. Based on an analysis of the Company’s business, services, market and interested parties, Globotech has determined the scope of the systems as follows:
Quality Management System for Engineering, Consulting, Design, Project Management and Recruitment Services within our facilities, and at field sites, for customers servicing the Energy, Petrochemical, Industrial, Transportation and Infrastructure sectors.
Leadership and Commitment
Globotech has demonstrated leadership and commitment with respect to our QMS by taking accountability of the effectiveness of the QMS; by establishing a quality policy and quality objectives that are compatible with the direction of the organization; that both policy and objectives are communicated, understood and applied within the organization; ensuring integration of QMS requirements into the organization’s business processes and by promoting awareness of a process approach and risk based thinking.
It is the continuing policy and commitment of Globotech’s Leadership team to provide high quality professional and value added services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
