Globotech promotes gender diversity in engineering by actively supporting the growth of women through leadership, mentorship, and technical development. This inclusive approach strengthens collaboration and drives innovation, enabling teams to lead major projects in clean energy and infrastructure.
Each month, Globotech explores a new theme—an open invitation for everyone to share insights, experiences, and perspectives. These conversations help us strengthen connections, encourage growth, and empower one another in both our personal and professional lives.
To enrich these discussions, Globotech also invites a guest speaker to share their expertise and spark deeper dialogue around each topic.
We’re excited to welcome our first guest speaker, Dr. Bahar Salehi!
